Matterhorn/Classic North face
Icefield on hard water ice. Ramp mostly dry - rock climbing and some steep mixed goulottes. Above the Ramp the wall is dry with some water ice patches. We exited on to the Zmutt ridge, where we bivouacked, some 100 m bellow the summit ridge.
We descended the Hornli ridge. Complicate route finding with some unconsolidated snow.

Overall, conditions on the north face are surprisingly dry! Climbing would be easier if there was more snow.
