Verhältnis-Beschreibung Fantastic conditions! And there is a very good and clear trace all the way to the top. This route probably never gets easier than it is at the moment. The descent is taking a long time at the moment, though, due to the amount of snow on the Hoernli Ridge and the fact that it is made unconsolidated by the hot afternoon sun.

Ausblick Get on it before the weather changes!

Besonderes/Persönliches The normal winter room at the Hoernli Hut is closed, but there is a small room open. Note, though, that there are no mattresses and no blankets in it!
